MSI Computer Corp. & parent company MSI (Micro-Star International Co., Ltd) sued for fraud, conversion and breach of contract.

This Blog will serve as a news post for information concerning the law suit filed by Integration Dynamics Corporation (IDC) on Micro-Star International Co., Ltd., MSI Computer Corp, and others, in Superior Court of the State of California for the County of Orange, on December 29th, 2004. The case filed as #04CC12623 was refiled in amended form on April 6, 2005, as additional defendants were added to the claim.

Trial, as set by Judge Thompson earlier in the year, is slated to begin on January 26, 2006.

The basis for this suit concerns matters of improper business practices involving fraud, conversion, breach of contract, and intentional interference with prospective business all of which were perpetrated on the plaintiffs by the publicly traded Taiwan-based parent company, Micro-Star International Co. Ltd., (TSEC:2377) an ISO9002 registered company since 1994, and it's subsidiary, Los Angeles based MSI Computer Corp., in conjunction with other Defendants.

As a new suit, initially brought against MSI in December of 2004, there is no bearing or connection to the previously filed Class Action suit brought against MSI Computer concerning defective product. The Class Action suit in reference, had been filed against MSI in June of 2004 in Superior Court of Los Angeles by other parties.
